Welcome to a warm, nurturing space where children explore the joy of creating together. As a professional ceramicist, I guide young hands through hands-on mixed-media and tactile explorations using raw earth, clay, natural paper, and organic materials.

Inspired by Maleny’s stunning landscape and shaped by our local community’s kids, every workshop fosters a deep love for nature, experimentation, and imagination—turning natural textures into stories and giving shape to their dreams.

Join us for a unique eco-art experience in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland! Inspired by the calls and colors of local native birds, children will discover the wonders of Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve before creating their own mixed-media bird mobile by the tranquil shores of Lake Baroon.

Clay Maze & Marbling | Craft & Play

Children learn authentic pottery techniques to transform natural clay into a fully functional, handcrafted marble maze inspired by nature’s patterns. It’s a hands-on creative experience where kids craft a unique piece of art they can actually play with for years to come.

Nature’s Pattern Language | Folding, Printing & Weaving

Spark your child’s creativity with this hands-on Eco-Art experience! Kids will craft their own accordion book (leporello), printing, drawing, and painting patterns using leaves, twigs, and natural treasures. To bring their designs to life, they’ll translate one of their unique patterns into a beautiful woven piece to take home.

Australian Bush | Creation of a Botanical sculpture with coloured Paper Clay & Wood

Children will craft unique natural sculptures using vibrant, pre-coloured paper mâché, native seed pods, and raw wood. From sawing and sanding their timber bases to shaping organic forms, young creators will combine traditional woodworking with artistic textures to bring the magic of the hinterland forest to life.
